Definitions

* Acceptance

All Product orders placed by a customer with the Seller are subject to acceptance by the Seller.

* Payment

MYTECHSUN Online gladly accepts American Express cards, Discover cards, MasterCard, VISA, and debit cards. We do not add any surcharges to your credit card. For information about using your credit card safely, please read our Safe Shopping Promise.

* Taxes

Unless otherwise stated on the face hereof, stated prices do not include any customs duties, sales, use, value-added, excise, federal, state, local, or other taxes. All such duties or taxes shall be paid by the customer, or, in lieu thereof, the customer shall provide the Seller with an appropriate tax exemption certificate.

* Title

Title to Products passes from Seller to customer upon shipment from Seller's facility. Title to Software remains with the applicable licensors.

* Returns, Prepayment of Shipping Fees, and Failure to Comply with Micro Center Return Policy or Procedure

Products purchased from MTS may only be returned by the MTS Return Policy and by following the procedures in the section entitled how to return an item, both of which policies are incorporated herein by reference. All returns shall be delivered or shipped with shipment prepaid to Seller's facility in the original packaging or equivalent, together with a dated proof of purchase (including invoice and packing slip) and a returned material authorization (RMA) number which may be requested from Customer Service. The RMA number must be written on the shipping label. All shipping charges and costs incurred in returning Products to MTS, including insurance, duties, or other fees must be prepaid by the customer, AND ARE NOT REFUNDABLE BY MTS. Customer shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Products while in transit to Seller.

 

 

What is the return policy?

We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell with a free and easy return and a full refund – and you won’t even need a receipt*

We want you to be satisfied with your MTS purchase! However, if you need help or need to return an item, we’re here for you!

If an item you have purchased from us is not working as expected within the return period, please visit one of our in-store Expert Technicians for free help, where they can solve your problem or even exchange the item for a product that better suits your needs. In fact, everyone is welcome to visit your closest Knowledge Bar or contact us for a free 10-minute technical consultation. Our doors are always open to assist you in finding solutions no matter where you purchased the item. It's important to note that items purchased at a Micro Center store must be returned or exchanged at any of our locations. So if you need to make a return or exchange, you can do so at the store that's most convenient for you.

If you need to return or exchange an item, simply bring it back to any MTS store for a full refund or exchange. Most products may be returned within 30 days, excluding desktop/notebook computers, tablets, cameras, and specific Branded Game Simulator Accessories which may be returned within 15 days of purchase.

Please make sure that all data has been removed and that the device is no longer linked to any cloud account or to any other device so that we may accept the return of this product. If you decide to return a phone or device with a carrier contract, you are responsible for canceling your service contract with the carrier and for all carrier charges.
